They were very friendly and helpful in getting my site transferred to them. I had some technical problems and have always received answers quickly. His support staff is American, which is a help as far as I'm concerned. I had no problem at all with the site and moved InMotion InMotion three other clients. I can not imagine a better service from a provider regardless of price. And for those of you who think 5.95/month is a bit expensive or you do not have enough time to remember the cost in the past, or have become tired of the low-cost (and low service) hosts. I understand that hosting may be complete 100% of the time, but I have not seen anything yet, but the perfection of this company. I had submitted 3 queries via email to Inmotion and I was surprised with their quick response on my concerns. They were quick and right on spot to help me troubleshoot quickly.
